SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to develop and lead two new sales channels for Tangem: Tangem for Corporate Clients and Tangem for Advisors. These channels will be established from scratch as part of our strategic growth plan and will play a critical role in driving business expansion. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by engaging with financial institutions, venture funds, investment advisers, brokers and corporate clients to promote Tangem’s solutions for secure digital asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Channel Development:
    • Establish and manage the Tangem for Corporate Clients and Tangem for Advisors sales channels.
    • Create and implement strategies to identify and approach potential B2B clients within the financial, investment, and corporate sectors.
  • Partnership Growth:
    • Build strong, long-term partnerships with investment advisers, venture funds, and financial institutions.
    • Develop white-label and custom wallet opportunities for key partners.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Leverage a strong network of corporate clients and advisers to high-net-worth clients (HNWI), family offices, and private wealth managers in order to promote Tangem’s offerings.
    • Act as the key point of contact for onboarding new corporate and institutional clients.
  • Consultative Sales Approach:
    • Position Tangem’s products as the leading solution for secure digital asset management.
    • Provide tailored solutions for corporate clients, investment advisers, and venture funds.
  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive B2B sales, meet revenue targets, and report on key metrics.
    • Explore additional revenue streams through innovative partnerships and strategic collaborations.

Key Qualifications

  • Professional Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management.
    • Proven track record of developing sales channels within the financial services, corporate clients, fintech, or investments sectors.
    • Existing network among investment advisers, venture funds, financial institutions, HNWIs.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of financial/investments services.
    • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify, structure, and close high-value deals with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
    • Highly organized and self-motivated.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in venture capital, wealth management, or investments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for digital asset management.
  • Ability to create marketing strategies targeting corporate and institutional clients.
