About the Role:
We are seeking a charismatic and visionary individual to serve as the Official Face of the Company. In this role, you will represent our brand in public forums, build strategic partnerships, and lead interactions with key stakeholders on the path to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Representation: Act as the official representative of the company, attending and speaking at public events, conferences, and other engagements.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
- Investor Relations: Engage with strategic investors to communicate the company’s vision, strategy, and growth trajectory effectively.
- IPO Leadership: Play a central role in guiding the company through the IPO process, managing relationships with underwriters, auditors, and investors to ensure a successful launch.
- Business Development: Proactively propose and implement strategies to drive business growth across all potential directions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
- Experience in top positions at a bank (preferably Neo Banks), payment system, or payment scheme (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
- Deep understanding of the crypto industry; prior experience in positions related to the crypto industry is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Familiarity with investment processes and relationships with financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IPO processes and an understanding of the dynamics of working with underwriters, investors, and auditors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
