Key Responsibilities

✅ Customer Acquisition & Traffic Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies for SEO, paid acquisition, affiliate marketing, and partnerships
  • Analyze traffic sources and ensure maximum quality & ROI
  • Work with external and internal teams on performance marketing & acquisition strategies

✅ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Monetization

  • Build and optimize user acquisition funnels to maximize conversion
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve performance
  • Analyze user behavior and implement data-driven UX/UI improvements
  • Work closely with business analysts and data scientists to track performance

✅ Agile Product Management

  • Plan and prioritize product features to optimize conversion and growth
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to execute strategies

✅ Customer Insights & Research

  • Conduct customer development (CustDev) to understand user needs and barriers
  • Work with analytics tools to measure performance
  • Analyze competitor strategies and identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Growth, Performance Marketing, or CRO
  • Experience in increasing international B2C sales conversion
  • Strong experience in SEO, PPC, paid traffic acquisition
  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, A/B testing, user behaviour analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
