Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales growth within the designated region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with top-level management to secure new business for Tangem. Additionally, this role will be critical in leading the expansion of Tangem's presence in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities.
    • Expand the distribution network within assigned region (federal chains, electronic distributors etc.)
  • Relationship Management
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and senior management.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new business opportunities and partnerships in the region.
    • Represent Tangem at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation
    • Develop and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential distributors.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals that align with Tangem's strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the region.
    • Lead the expansion efforts to increase Tangem's market share and presence in the assigned market.
    • Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs in alignment with company objectives.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the CCO.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.
    • Strong network of contacts within the region and industry (federal chains, electronic distributors etc).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of initiative, motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Knowledge
    • Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Network & Contacts
    • Established network and useful contacts within the industry to facilitate immediate business opportunities and partnerships.
