Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on Senior and leadership positions in IT/Product, as well as roles in Finance, Marketing, and Logistics.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and strategic needs.
- Source and attract top talent using a variety of tools and platforms (X-ray, Boolean search, LinkedIn, Habr, and others).
- Conduct phone interviews and technical screenings to assess candidates’ skills and suitability for the roles.
- Prepare job offers and support candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Analyze and manage the recruitment pipeline, tracking key metrics and providing data-driven insights.
- Handle HR-related documents and policies, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Coordinate relocation processes for new hires and liaise with external partners to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in IT and other functional areas.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience in using advanced search techniques (X-ray, Boolean).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs.
