Responsibilities
- Promptly resolve customer technical issues at the L2 level.
- Analyzing and eliminating errors in software operation.
- Writing and supporting SQL queries to analyze data and find solutions.
- Developing and maintaining JavaScript scripts to automate tasks.
- Escalating incidents to a higher level (L3) when necessary.
- Collaborating with the development team to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- Experience in an L2 support position of 1 year or more or a similar roles
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex queries and optimize them.
- JavaScript programming skills: ability to write and edit scripts.
- Understanding of the principles of client-server applications.
- Ability to quickly understand new technologies and products.
- Experience with incident management systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow) would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills, proactive, ability to articulate clearly and accurately.
- Writing project documentation in your spare time.

Desirable
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g. Python) would be a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
